Finding Solid Ground
An evidence-based intervention for highly dissociative individuals and traumatized individuals who struggle with self-injury and suicidality.
“It’s reassuring to just know that a group of professionals care so deeply about this very real and excruciating experience; to the point of creating this program. To think others will hopefully suffer less through this program in the future, brings me the most hope. Thank you so much for all the work you’re doing, thank you for giving survivors a sense of our humanity back.” – anonymous participant
